Bri began her veterinary career in 2021 as a Client Service Representative, where her dedication and strong communication skills quickly stood out. Her passion for animal care led her to transition into a Veterinary Assistant role, allowing her to gain invaluable hands-on experience in patient care. Today, Bri proudly serves as the Supervisor of our Client Service Representative team.

In her leadership role, Bri is committed to creating a warm, supportive, and seamless experience for every pet owner while ensuring each pet receives compassionate attention. Her combined background in client communication and animal care allows her to bridge the gap between pet families and the veterinary team, helping make every visit smooth, clear, and reassuring.

Outside of work, Bri shares her home with her beloved Lab mix, Lily, who reminds her daily of why she chose to work with animals. Her experiences with animals continue to inspire her to treat every patient with the same kindness and understanding she gives her own pets.
