Heather began working at Pet Vet in 1997 after earning her certificate in Veterinary Paramedics. She worked for 8 years as a veterinary technician before transitioning to CSR. When she's not working at Pet Vet, Heather works with EF High School Exchange Year, supervising exchange students from around the world.
